How you doing? Let me answer that for you: you’re good. Don’t agree? Well, here, place your hand over your heart and feel it pounding. That, my friend, is the only thing you need to know you’re okay. It means you aren’t done on this earth yet–you still have things to do. Now, I’m going to give you a few other reasons why you’re okay…

Your possibilities are endless. You woke up this morning as a privilege–earn it. Be kind, but don’t let anyone take advantage of it. I don’t care what’s going on in your life right now, you can always do something to make it better. Loneliness is inevitable; that doesn’t make it fact. Just open your eyes, you have someone who would do anything for you. Also, know that you can and must do anything for you. Put faith in your vision and keep your eyes on the ultimate prize–freedom, happiness, and peace.

Remember, being rebellious is a good thing. Taking risks, making mistakes and working hard all put you a step ahead. Be outspoken about what’s right and protect those being treated unfairly. However, don’t allow yourself to get so involved that your state-of-mind is messed with negatively. You can’t fix anyone and you can’t control anything but yourself. Do you’re best to:

Be strong

Be rebellious

Be resilient

Be courageous

Be mindful

Be present

Be risky

Be loving

Be observant

Be brave

Be compassionate

Be understanding

Be good

Be patient

Be you.
